Buying from us
- Reseller and Merchant of Record
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. You buy your plan from Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle answers questions about your order, payment, invoices and refunds; for help using Koutei PDF itself, email support@kouteisystems.com.
- The service (h)
- Koutei PDF turns the details you enter into ready-made templates into PDF documents and images. Each plan comes with a monthly credit allowance; see our pricing page.
- Full price (i)
- Prices are on our pricing page, in US dollars. At checkout, Paddle may show the price in your local currency and adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are; checkout shows the full amount, including tax, before you pay. We charge no delivery or other fees.
- Payment (j)
- Paddle takes payment through its secure checkout, with the payment methods it offers you there.
- Terms (k)
- Our Terms of Service apply to every purchase, together with Paddle's buyer terms. You can read them at any time and save or print them from your browser (for example, Print and then Save as PDF).
- Delivery (l)
- Instant. Each document is created and delivered in your browser as soon as you generate it. A paid plan starts as soon as Paddle confirms your payment.
- Your records (m)
- Paddle emails you a receipt for every payment, and you can look up your orders at paddle.net. Settings shows your current plan, its status and your next billing date.
- Minimum duration (q)
- Paid plans run for one month or one year, whichever you choose, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings; the plan then ends at the end of the period you have paid for. The Free plan has no minimum term.
Your rights
- Refunds (n)
- If you start a paid plan and change your mind, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Our Refund Policy explains this and the other cases we refund.
- Cooling-off period (r)
- Section 44 of ECTA may give consumers a 7-day cooling-off right for some online purchases. Separately, we offer a 14-day change-of-mind refund on new paid plans.
- Alternative dispute resolution (o)
- None. If something goes wrong, please email us first.
- Security and privacy (p)
- Full card details go to Paddle and never pass through our servers. See our security page and Privacy Policy.
